Black Box Handmade Goods operates just north of Toronto. Mark started out making beer flight paddles out of a desire to start a beer club. “The reason I started a beer club, besides really enjoying craft beer, was an effort to keep up with all the beers and emerging craft brewers in Ontario”. Hey Angels! This month we're heading to King West to check out a hip new spot - Belfast Love. Their craft beer lineup is fantastic and the joint will be hopping with the after work crowd. Put it in your calendar now so that you don't miss a great night with us.
Sharpen your pencils, practice your brain teasers and brush up on your deduction skills! This month we're testing your smarts with a beer-y fun scavenger hunt. Start out at Left Field and solve the clues to find your way to the finish line. We have some great prizes for the winners, with a special category for best costume.
Meet at Left Field at 1pm to grab your clues (along with a pint or two!) - boys and girls of all ages (obvs only the 19+ crowd can enjoy the liquid refreshments) can join in the fun for the afternoon.

This month marks The Granite Brewery's 25th anniversary, and we're celebrating with a few pints on their beautiful patio. Brewer Mary Beth Keefe has set aside a section for us and has brewed a delightful anniversary ale to mark the occasion. If you haven't been yet, The Granite is a great local pub that brews English style ales and has a bottle shop so you can stock your fridge.

Join us up on the roof for our July pub night! This month we're doing a bottle share on Lesli's roof, enjoying the range of beers and ciders that our Angels love. Bring something special, something cheap or something that's been on your list for ages. We'll have some snacks and Solo cups, some tunes and good company. Dudes are welcome to join after 9pm. If Mother Nature doesn't co-operate our backup venue is Bar Volo, just down the street!

We'll be hanging out in Liberty Village at The Craft Brasserie (hopefully the weather will co-operate and we can be on the patio) and playing our own version of beer bingo. Since our May Pub falls on a Sunday, we decided to do a little "bar hopping" over to Bar Hop and their new location, Bar Hop BrewCo (girl, do we ever love a pun). Starting at the OG location on King St. for their Session Sundays and a few $5 pints, we'll be moving on to the new BrewCo location at 4pm to see what all the fuss has been about.
